Do we sell to the public?
No, we are STRICTLY Trade only, retail enquiries will be forwarded to our merchant customers.

What hours are we open?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm although latest collection time is 4.30pm unless with
prior arrangement.

Do we source our timber from renewable sources?
Yes, we have recently attained “Chain of Custody” status which certifies we operate within the guidelines
of FSC and PEFC purchasing procedures.

Where do we deliver to?
We regularly deliver within the South East of England, BUT we can deliver throughout England and
occasionally Scotland. We have also arranged shipments to Europe and beyond.

Do we deliver to sites?
Yes, our Scania HIAB off load vehicles are capable of lifting large packs of timber, subject to access and
site safety procedures.

Can we deliver direct using a Merchant customer’s delivery notes?
Yes, providing we receive a written order authorising this instruction and the delivery notes are presented to
our Dartford office prior to despatch date.

Can we cut timber NOT supplied by EE Olley?
Sorry, No we use expensive TCT saw blades which would be expensive to replace should they become damaged
during the cutting operation.

What does "nominal" mean?
Nominal means the size when the timber is rough sawn. When it is planed approx. 5mm is lost on each dimension.
